With a brand new Sephora store opening and massive weekend crowds expected, the shopping centre needed to look its absolute best.
The shopping centre's existing lighting was holding the space back. The old non-LED fixtures were dull, outdated and starting to become a genuine safety risk.
We needed to completely overhaul the system to get the Square shining bright for the big opening but the main catch was executing the project without causing any disruption to the retailers during their normal trading hours.
The 3 AM Night Shift.
To make sure there was absolutely zero disturbance to the daytime shops, our team worked entirely out of hours.
Our engineers started their shifts at 3 am to safely strip out the dangerous old electrical fittings well before the centre opened to the public. In their place, we systematically installed brand new LED fixtures throughout the building.

The Final Result.
The difference is night and day. We left Victoria Square completely transformed, shining bright and fully prepared to welcome the thousands of shoppers who poured in over the opening weekend.
The modern LEDs gave the mall a fresh, clean and vibrant feel that perfectly matched the buzz of the Sephora launch.
