CTS Electrical Services successfully completed a comprehensive electrical strip-out at Aisling House on the Stranmillis Embankment.

This building is a well-known local landmark that has housed the evolution of Belfast’s tech manufacturing sector, serving as the base for companies such as Latens, Pace, ARRIS and finally CommScope.

Given the building's rich history as a high-functioning tech hub, the site contained an extensive array of legacy infrastructure. This dense network of power and data systems required a highly strategic, methodical and careful approach to safe decommissioning.

Strategic Execution.

Our team was tasked with returning the facility to a clear shell condition. The project involved the complete management of office removal and electrical decommissioning, executing the following critical phases:

Strategic Decommissioning: Meticulous planning and execution of the strip-out for a large-scale commercial site.
System Isolation: Safely isolating all live electrical services to ensure a completely secure working environment.
Infrastructure Removal: Stripping out the extensive power and data cabling infrastructure installed by successive tech tenants over the years.
Site Clearance: Ensuring the building was left as a clean, clear shell ready for refurbishment or new tenancy.
